Westfield Health British Transplant Games, NewcastleGateshead 2015

NGI Solutions was tasked with delivering a high-impact PR campaign to regional and national audiences to not only profile The British Transplant Games, but importantly to encourage more people to sign up to the NHS Organ Donor Register, specifically across the North East.

By the end of the 10-month contract we delivered more than 260 pieces of coverage across print, online and broadcast platforms regionally and nationally, including high-profile national interviews via ITV’s Good Morning Britain and Lorraine breakfast segments.

We also brokered and delivered a media partnership with The Chronicle which launched its ‘Become a Donor’ campaign to support the Games - this succeeded in encouraging more than 23,000 people to sign the register. Overall the coverage secured by NGI Solutions was worth an estimated £675,600 with a circulation of almost 100 million.
