“The PR team at NGI Solutions are an absolute dream to work with. They took the time to listen and understand our objectives and quickly developed a targeted PR strategy, which yielded significant results – including a hugely successful media launch and an impactful local media campaign to encourage sign-up to the organ donor register.
“Whilst we co-ordinate the event and manage the PR contract, we have a number of important stakeholders and sponsors with a vested interest and the NGI Solutions team has ensured that they are referenced, profiled and engaged effectively throughout. In summary, the team is experienced, knowledgeable, responsive and proactive and having worked with PR agencies across the country for this event, we can honestly say that they are amongst the best in class.”
John Timms, Event Director Westfield Health British Transplant Games / Director MLS Contracts Ltd.
NGI Solutions was tasked with delivering a high-impact PR campaign to regional and national audiences to not only profile The British Transplant Games, but importantly to encourage more people to sign up to the NHS Organ Donor Register, specifically across the North East.
By the end of the 10-month contract we delivered more than 260 pieces of coverage across print, online and broadcast platforms regionally and nationally, including high-profile national interviews via ITV’s Good Morning Britain and Lorraine breakfast segments.
We also brokered and delivered a media partnership with The Chronicle which launched its ‘Become a Donor’ campaign to support the Games - this succeeded in encouraging more than 23,000 people to sign the register. Overall the coverage secured by NGI Solutions was worth an estimated £675,600 with a circulation of almost 100 million.
