Marc Burns has more than 10 years’ experience running successful digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus in e-commerce. At NGI Solutions, Marc leads our digital team which delivers projects including digital strategy, website development, digital marketing, social media and training in social media.
After graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Mathematics, Marc’s first position was as a software developer creating simulation software for the automotive industry. Indulging his lifelong passion for music, Marc joined a successful music retailer in 2004 where he helped run the e-commerce concern. This led to a digital manager position at another prominent North East-based retailer where his proactive online strategy helped the company boost digital sales by an impressive 350% in 18 months.
